Our home in San Sebastián is in the historic five-star Hotel Maria Cristina, a 1912 Belle Époque building just steps from the beach and the pintxo bars of the Old Town. Mimo San Sebastián Cooking School is located in the basement of the hotel, while Mimo San Sebastián Gourmet Shop is at the entrance of the hotel.
Our luxe cooking school is a 500m2 space featuring 18 work stations, top-of-the-line appliances, and a glass-enclosed dining room. An expansive bar area is perfect for tastings, and the school also boasts a sizeable meeting room for events and private classes. Located in the lobby of the hotel, our shop shelves are stocked with delicious souvenirs like specialty Basque salt, the best jamón iberico, and our own line of artisanal MM products.
