Luxe Wellness Cooking Class

Learn how to treat seasonal produce and combine it with just the right amount of oils and fats to bring out its delicious flavor and natural healthfulness. In our new Luxe Wellness class, we will be exploring seasonal eating, new techniques in healthy preparations, and combining both with touches of luxury ingredients like caviar, truffle, gold leaf and aromatic vanilla beans.
We will start the class with a healthy infusion made with locally gathered herbs, although organic wine will also be on hand for those who have a more *ehem* expansive view of wellness. Our chef instructor will explain techniques behind the dishes as well as prepare them with you. If you want to learn how to give healthy food a luxurious twist, this is the class for you. Each Mimo Algarve Cooking Class ends with a delicious meal and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around our beautiful dining table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have created using your newly acquired techniques.
