Want to try new wines but tired of the same old tasting? Our Chef & Somm experiences, held in our luxury cookery school in London’s Borough Market, combine the expertise of our full-time sommelier with our head chef, live and in action. 

In this dining experience, the storied wines of France and the up-and-coming viticulture of Spain face off to challenge your preconceived notions. These wine-driven dinners are fun for both winophiles and foodies.  Our sommelier starts by choosing special wines that complement and surprise, and our experienced chef creates dishes that both pair and enhance the wine’s character. 

You will try five wines, perfectly paired with original creations made with fresh produce, purchased daily at Borough Market. With a glass in hand, guess where the wines are from, and when the regions is revealed, ask our sommelier anything and everything. All your questions about the French and Spanish wine scene will be answered, while you glean great cooking tips from our chef.  From crisp, floral whites from Galicia to robust reds from Bordeaux, the wines chosen will help you experience wine in a new way, gathered around our wooden table and the stoves, chatting and learning.

Celebrate our differences through French and Spanish wines, and their incredible variety, as we pair them with local produce cooked right before your eyes. You’ll come hungry and leave happy, with a table full of new friends.
