In this dining experience, it’s all about bubbles. Our sommelier will challenge your preconceived notions about pairings, choosing special sparklings that complement and surprise, and our experienced chef creates dishes that both pair and enhance the wine’s character.
These wine-driven dinners are fun for both winophiles and foodies. You will try five sparkling wines from regions across the globe, perfectly paired with original creations made with fresh produce, purchased daily at Borough Market. With a glass in hand, appreciate the differences and realize that no two sparkling wines are alike. All your questions about the elaboration process will be answered, while you glean great cooking tips from our chef. From cava to champagne, prosecco to sparkling ciders coming out of Basque Country, the wines chosen will help you experience wine in a new way, gathered at our wooden table and the stoves, chatting and learning.
