Mimo Kids : Cheesemaking 101
Making cheese is an ancient art, which is why there are so many cheeses and techniques out there. In this class, your child will learn the basic techniques of cheesemaking at the hand of our expert chefs.
Making a fresh cheese is like magic, and your child will learn the science behind curds and whey and, more importantly, learn by doing. They will flex their creative muscles, as well, experimenting with giving their cheese different flavors flavours using local herbs and exotic spices.
Kids love to get their hands dirty, which is exactly what they will do in our MiniMimo cooking classes. These hands-on cooking classes teach technique with a focus on fun. Immerse your kids in a foodie world, learning from our expert chefs about local food, traditions, and neat tips and tricks in the kitchen. Our creative, fun approach to the kitchen means your kids will enjoy learning, helping to foster a lifelong love for cooking.
