Each Spanish Cooking class ends with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around our communal dining table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have cooked using your newly acquired knowledge.
Love of food is a family affiar for Sarah, whose father was a chef that traveled extensively, exposing her to the culinary world during her childhood in South Africa. After studying psychology and education, Sarah traveled to South Korea to teach English for a year. Her adventures here were a formative experience – she submerged herself into life in Cheongiu, learning the language and indulging her passion for food, trying everything and anything – including a memorable experience with sannakji, live baby octopus.
Sarah moved to London three years ago, working as a waitress at Albion in Shoreditch. She quickly moved through the ranks and became part of the management team, before joining Mimo London.
