Description

3-Day Course

Our most popular course, the 3-day course is a true immersion into local cooking culture.  In three days you'll get a taste of local cuisine, both in miniature version (oh, pintxos, how we love you!) to über seasonal Basque dishes. Start your 3-day course on the day of your choice, and select three of  popular cooking classes according to your schedule.

  • Pintxo Cooking (two classes per week, focusing on either classics and Old Town favorites)
  • Basque Cooking (two classes per week, divided by region)
  • Michelin Star Secrets
  • Spanish Cooking
  • Farmer's Market to Table

Each hands-on cooking class lasts five hours & includes unique instruction, aperitif, bilingual culinary guide, lunch of the dishes made in class with wines, digestif, and recipes.
