Our new One Bite classes are perfect to get a tiny taste of local cuisine and kitchen know-how.  In this short class, our expert chefs will teach you how to make the world’s most famous cheesecake.  La Viña, in the old town of San Sebastián, is famous for its airy, not-to-sweet, crustless cheesecake. In this class, we’ll teach you how to make the real La Viña cheesecake, and while it bakes you’ll make our favorite sauce to garnish and taste the sherry that our experts recommend pairing with this luscious dessert.
