Maialen is from a small village called Zestoa, not far from San Sebastián. She studied education but has a varied work career, from English teacher to waitress to caregiver. She has decided to change her focus to tourism, something she always been passionate about. She is very sociable, positive and happy, and likes to work in a team and learn.
