Do your guides speak clearly in English?
Yes, all guides speak fluent English with years of experience living in English speaking countries. Some guides are native English speakers and all have very high levels of proficiency, speaking many languages.
Where is the meeting point for the Vega Sicilia tasting?
Mimo San Sebastián Cooking School, Calle Okendo 1, San Sebastián, 20004. The entrance is located at the rear of the Hotel Maria Cristina. A useful map can be found here.
When does the Vega Sicilia tasting start and do I need to arrive early?
The Vega Sicilia tasting starts at 12.30 but can be also arranged at an alternative time. We strongly recommend guests arrive at our studio between 5 and 10 minutes before any experience starts.
Is this a private experience or do we join others?
This experience is not private but if you would like it to be just your group of minumum six guests, let us know when you book it.
What is the minimum number of guests for the Vega Sicilia tasting?
There is a minimum number of six guests required for this experience. If you are less guests but would still like to do the tasting, you can pay the price of six and still do the tasting.
Is this experience available in other languages?
This experience can be held in English, Spanish, Basque or French and other languages by request.
I’m a vegetarian – is this going to be a problem?
No problem. We will ensure an alternative is offered but you must let us know at the time of booking so we can organise this for you.
I am allergic to certain foods – is this going to be a problem?
No problem. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know. We will ensure you will have the best alternatives.
