The Definitive Sherry & Ham Experience

When in the heart of Andalucía, tasting its two most famous products is an absolute must on any itinerary. Jamón ibérico is called by many the world’s best ham, and sherry is said to be one of the most underrated wines around. We unite the two of Spain’s best kept secrets for an unforgettable experience, at the hand of our expert sommelier.

In this tasting you will be surprised to learn the depth of tradition and knowledge in the crafting of both products.  Taste the history and the mimo that goes into making Spanish ham, while you learn how it is produced.

Sherry is a complex, ancient wine from the south of Spain, where it has been traditionally paired with Spain’s jamón ibérico for years.  Our expert will walk you through the different types of sherry, filling your glass with each one as she explains the lovely history and what makes sherry so distinct from other wines. This class is your chance to dive into the world-unto-its-own of Spanish ham and fall in love with Spain’s most underrated wine, sherry.
